SC responded on the petition filed by Jan Chetan Manch that Aadhar should not be linked with the Government schemes to give the benefits to the deserved.
It has been a long cry by many voluntary organizations about the security aspect of the Aadhar details. The date containing personal details of the citizens of India collected by UIDAI is not assured by the Government that it is secured and is not going into wrong hands.
Aadhar is not a Government unit. When CBI’s legality is in question where does UIDAI stand on the to ascertain its legal entity?
