The Union Tourism Minister Chiranjeevi says that resignations will not serve any purpose now.  

When the JAC leaders’ demand for the resignations of the political leaders is mounting, Chiranjeevi said in the wake of it that resignations of the leaders will not be a solution at this time.  He said that the decision was taken by the Congress party after all due consultations with all the parties and after so many rounds of discussions.

Chiranjeevi says that the parties earlier expressed their opinion in various occasions like that of Mahanadu of TDP.  He says that he is against violence, disturbances and destructions led politics.

Chiranjeevi urged the people of Andhra and Rayalaseema to maintain peace and refrain from destroying public and private properties and statues of great leaders of the Country.
