In a shocking incident, a student of Osmania University, hung himself from a tree behind the main library building and committed suicide. It is expected that the event could have occurred at night.

The police who learnt the news after the corpse was discovered in the morning rushed to the site for further investigation. They body has been sent for post mortem tests to Gandhi Hospital. .

However, there is no information regarding the identity of the student. It is also not clear which hostel or stream of education did he belong to. Police are actively taking up the case to find out the cause of death and the identity of the person.
