Talking to the people and the party workers in Pamarru in Krishna District, TDP party leader Chandrababu Naidu confirmed that the party tickets would be handed out only to those who are working in close association with the people in the state. His intention was that only those who could serve the people directly could be eligible to be a MLA.

Talking as a part of the Vastunna Meekosam padayatra at his stop in Krishna District he also stressed that he would definitely consider the opinion of the party workers while considering an MLA candidate.
