The TDP party President, N Chandrababu Naidu's massive walkathon, Vastunna Mee Kosam reaches Krishna district on Monday. The atmosphere in the district, which was dominated by community based TDP supporters, was jubilant welcoming the supremo. The leader addressed a mammoth gathering of public at the Sher Mohamed pet Cross roads, in the late evening.
Encouraged by the huge gathering he said that in spite of an aching body and bad health, he continues as his pain is negligible when compared to the sufferings of the public. The nostalgic statement evoked wide spread applause from the public which resounded the whole place for a long time.
Mr Babu also assured 'power without outages' and 'reduction in power tariff.' He also ascertained that his focus on information and technology had ushered the tremendous growth of the mobile phones.
Unfortunately the growth overtook the number of toilets and street lightnings as well. He also lashed out at the ruling Congress for its negligence and its distressing people attitude. Mr Babu's visit has brought in new enthusiasm among the party cadres. (Wishesh AarKay)
