In the wake of media reports that there would be possible terror attacks in Hyderabad, the city police commissioner Anurag Sharma has said that the police didn't receive any report from the intelligence on the same. Nonetheless, he said police was prepared to face any situation. He further said the security forces had been alerted besides intensifying check only for ensuring that everything remains in place. Notably, according to a media report,  Ahmed Markat, a spokesperson of Jundulla group told them from an undisclosed location that they would avenge Kasab's execution.
