Yesteryear's heroin Jayaprada has hinted that she is keen to enter the state politics of A P. In an inaugural ceremony of a jewelery show room she expressed her wish and said that it is to work for the welfare of the people.

However, she didn't disclose which party she wants to join. When asked she said that she would decide and declare soon about her future course of action and maintained the decision would be based on people's direction.  

She was quick to mention her love and gratitude for the people of A.P from where she started her political career. She promised to continue working for the betterment of the needy and said in the right time she would take the right decision.
