Govr: Hyd became hub of sci & tech

The Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan has said that Hyderabad has become a hub of advanced science and technology.  The government would be taking steps for encouraging wide range of research activities.  Hailing the developmental activities of the government, ESL Narasimhan expressed his happiness for setting up IICT centres in Nalgonda, Mahabubanagar, Prakasam, and Warangal districts to de-flouride the ground waters.  He has also said that IICT would  encourage a large number of young scientists in the state. Governor made these statements at Bio-technology Incubation Centre.

ESL Narasimhan even inaugurated two new centres at the newly set up Indian Institute of Chemical Technology in the city on Monday. Later he opened a workshop on Opportunities for Synergy and Avenues to Innovate. He then addressed the gathering there. He said it was a matter of pride for him to open IICT centres.
