Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders have met the chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy on Wednesday and urged him to look into issues of farmers. They discussed several problems including frequent power cuts and water shortage to the farmers besides the minimum support price. It may be noted that farmers in the state have been facing acute problems due to frequent power cuts. The political observers have analysed that Congress might have to taste the defeat in 2014 in case it doesn't looks into the power cuts.

It may be noted that TDP has been fighting the problems of farmers and in their effort they might end up coming to power soon, said analysts.
