TDP MLA Revanth Reddy chose two famous film characters to compare and contrast Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy’s behavior and personality. He has alleged that Jaganmohan Reddy who is like Gabbar Singh in Sholay (antagonist and bandicoot) is acting like Kamal Haasan in Swati Muthyam (an innocent village guy). Revanth Reddy who wanted to make a point on alleged irregularities of Jaganmohan Reddy has made such variety statements.

He addressed a public meeting in Geesukonda of Warangal district. Although Jagan seemed to his prime target in the meeting, Revanth Reddy has also taken on KCR, Sonia Gandhi, Vayalar Ravi and Konda Murali. Speaking on Telangana issue, Revanth Reddy alleged that Sonia Gandhi was haunting Telangana region.  He has also alleged like how a tantric practitioner slays humans to appease tantric Gods, KCR has been slaying youths of Telangana region for AICC president Sonia Gandhi.

This comparing and contrasting by Revanth Reddy seemed to have crossed the limits since the topics in the statements such as demonic possession; tantric practices etc are likely to disturb the public peace. Will Chandrababu Naidu take action against Revanth Reddy for allegedly making such horrifying statements? Will Jaganmohan Reddy file a slander case against Revanth Reddy?
