12 persons were injured, some of them seriously, when an RTC bus turned upside down into a lake at Kudumuru in Chintakani Mandalam of Khammam district this morning.

Reports said the bus, going to Vyra from Khammam, was involved in a head-on collision with an auto coming in the opposite direction and turned turtle into the dried up lake.

All the injured were admitted to the Khammam government hospital and the condition of the bus conductor is said to be very serious. (JUBS)
