Mr BV Srinivasa reddy, accused number 2 in the illegal mining case and brother-in-law of the former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan reddy today filed another bail petition in the CBI special court of Nampally in Hyderabad.

The court had rejected his bail petition thrice in the recent past after he was arrested and jailed in the illegal mining case along with Janardhan reddy.

Presently, Both Srinivasa reddy and Gali have been lodged in the Chanchalguda jail and enjoying the A category prisoner status.  (JUBS)
