The high court will hear arguments from tomorrow on the vacation petition filed by former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu seeking to vacate its earlier orders directing the CBI and ED to conduct preliminary probe into the reported illegalities indulged by him during his stint as the Chief Minister.
However, all the vacation petitions filed independently by Naidu and others have been clubbed together and have been referred to a different bench. This means a new bench will hear the arguments from tomorrow on all the petitions.
The petition filed by the Pulivendula YSR Congress MLA Ms. Vijayamma was also referred to the new bench. There is no information on the reasons for the change of the bench hearing the petitions.
