3 pro-Jagan MLAs meet Speaker

Amid reports that the Assembly Speaker Mr Nadendla Manohar is determined to decide the fate of resignations of pro-Jagan MLAs on or before December 1, three MLAs owing allegiance to the YSR Congress party president Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy today met him individually.

While Mr P. Ramakrishna Reddy met the Speaker in the morning, Sivaprasad reddy and Amarnath reddy met him in the evening. However, what transpired in their individual meetings was not leaked out to the media.

Reports said that most of the Jagan-group MLAs are set to return to the congress fold and have requested the Speaker to postpone his decision by a few days.

Meanwhile, Telangana TDP Forum leader Mr Errabilli Dayakara rao disclosed that they have not yet received any call from the Speaker on their resignations. “If the Speaker calls us, we will ask him to accept our resignations,” he told journalists this evening in Hyderabad.
