KesevaraoHomeDifferences have reportedly cropped up among the Congress MPs, Ministers and MLAs of the Telangana region over submission of resignations to seek the formation of the Telangana state at the earliest.

The leaders met at the residence of Congress MP Mr K. Kesava Rao in Delhi this morning for over three hours and discused the latest scenario over the Telangana issue amid idications by the high command that it needed more time to solve it through consultations.

As the congress core committee could not take any decision over Telangana at its meeting last night, the MPs and Ministers were upset and had decided to chalk out their action plan to put more pressure on the congress leadership.

In the meeting, some of the leaders suggested that they resign immediately by handing over the quit letters to the Speaker and return to Hyderabad to join the agtitation. However, some of them turned down the suggestion and said they could wait for some more days as the high command was seriously pursuing the issue.

“All of us are ready to quit for the sake of Telangana,” said Mr Rajiah,MLA.
