The congress party leadership today issued whip to all its MPs asking them to attend both houses of Parliament without fail.
The whip has pushed the Telangana congress MPs into a corner as they are in a dilemma on attending the parliament session. They had submitted their resignation letters to the Speaker Ms Mira Kumar a few days ago demanding immediate formation of the Telangana state.
As the Speaker has not taken any decision on their resignations, they are still deemed to be the members and the decision of the party high command to issue a whip has come like a bolt from the blue for them.
The T Congress MPs have debated the issue but their decision is not known.
