The JAC of Osmania University Students today warned the state government that it would call for a 48-hour shutdown (bandh) across Telangana from August 13 if the clause 14 F is not deleted from the zonal recruitment rules before August 12.
Unveiling the posters of the all employees’ general strike in the OU campus along with the Telangana political JAC leaders, the OU JAC announced its support to the general strike from August 8.
The JAC leaders said they would organize the ‘college bata’ programme in support of the all employees’ strike for ten days from August 8. “We will also resort to blockade of national highways on August 16 and will boycott classed the next day,” they said.
