MRPS leader Mandakrishna Madiga today accused the TRS leader KCR of having a secret understanding with the congress party leadership over the Telangana issue.

Addressing a media conference in Hyderabad, Manda Krishna said that KCR’s statements pointed out to the secret understanding he had with the congress. “KCR has been involved in several businesses with Seema Andhra leaders and he must reveal their names,” he demanded.

Condemning the attack on Chander Rao, OSD of the AP Bhavan in Delhi, by the TRS leader Harish Rao on Thursday, Manda Krishna said the TRS leaders should have taken the body of Yadi Reddy to the houses of congress president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, the two accused in the Telangana imbroglio.

“What is the use of taking the body to AP Bhavan?” he questioned Harish Rao. Saying that TRS and the political JAC are indulging in political gimmickry, Manda Krishna said he doubted the sincerity of the JAC in giving the call for bandh over the suicide of Yadi Reddy.

“In the past, you never gave a call for bandh when more than 600 people, mostly from Dalit community committed suicide. Why did you give a call for bandh now? Is it because Mr Yadi Reddy belonged to your community of Reddys?” Manda Krishna asked the JAC convener Prof. Kondanda Ram whose full name is Prof. Kondanda Ram Reddy.
