Kiran, Botsa try avert crisis Worried over the impending crisis with the en masse resignations announced by the congress MLAs, MPs and MLCs of the Telangana region, chief minister Kirankumar reddy and PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana today held talks with Ministers Jana reddy, P. Sudarshan Reddy, Basavaraj Saraiah and Sunita Laxma Reddy and others and requested them not to precipitate matters with resignations.
 
Acting on the instructions of the high command, chief minister called Jana Reddy, Sunita Laxma Reddy and some MLAs for talks and told them to wait for the decision of the high command on the Telangana issue.
 
Simultaneously, PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana also held consultations with Ministers P. Sudarshan Reddy and Basavaraj Saraiah and some MLAs and asked them not to create a crisis on the issue but wait for a decision on the demand for Telangana formation.
 
The Ministers however told Kiran and Botsa that they were under tremendous pressure from all sections of the people in the region to quit their posts for the sake of Telangana. Reports said that Botsa promised to take up the issue with the high command immediately.
