Suspended TDP leader Nagam Janardhan reddy said today that he would undertake a 2-day fast on July 3, 4 aiming at achieving Telangana state.
Disclosing this to media persons in Hyderabad, Nagam said the fasting would be at Indira Park and the aim of the fast is to achieve Telangana. Calling upon all pro-Telangana activists and leaders to unite for T state, the suspended TDP leader blamed the lack of single platform of the agitation for the failure to achieve T state so far.
“We shall unite irrespective of the party affiliations for the sake of Telangana and launch the struggle on a single platform,” he called upon the leaders and activists involved in the agitation.
Meanwhile, TDP repeated the allegation that Nagam Janardhan reddy has been in cahoots with YSR Congress party chief YS Jaganmohan reddy. “Jagan has been financing the Nagam Janardhan reddy’s Telangana Nagara public meetings,” said Sitakka, senior leader of TDP.
