The final rites of Telangana ideologue Prof. Jayashankar, who passed away this morning at his house in Hanumakonda, will take place on Wednesday afternoon.The funeral procession will start at 10.30 am from his house and reach Padmakshigutta burial ground in Warangal via Hanumakonda bus stand. On the way, tributes will be paid to the departed T theoretician at the martyrs’ memorial by all T supporters.
Body lies in state
The body of Prof. Jayashankar was kept in state at the Ekasila Park to enable his followers and pro-Telangana elements pay their last respects. Several leaders and activists visited the party and paid their last respects and tributes to the deceased T ideologue since this morning.
