In the backdrop of reports that the fans of the mega star Chiranjeevi are angry with his decision to merge PRP with congress, Chiru today convened a meeting of his fans in Hyderabad and explained them the reasons that led him towards the merger PRP with the congress.

In the meeting where the Chiranjeevi Yuvatha and fans’ associations were merged, the PRP founder told them that merger took place for achieving the aim of social justice and the aim could be fulfilled by taking an active role in the congress party.

“We shall all go like the flow of a river to become a major power like a sea,” the mega star told a gathering of 400 Chiru fans. After listening to the mega star’s speech containing the reasons for the party merger with congress, the fans told him that they were approving the merger and promised to stand by him irrespective of the party he belonged to.

“We will stand by you wherever you are and the party affiliation has nothing to do with our loyalty to you,” they told him unanimously.

Meanwhile, hero Pavan Kalyan postponed a meeting of his fans to some other day. “The meeting is scheduled for today but it was postponed,” sources close to Pavan Kalyan revealed.
