Vizag witnessed a Powerful public meeting yesterday. Jana Sena party founder and Tollywood actor Pawan Kalyan hosted his second public meeting in Seemandhra region and expressed his views, released Jana Sena Party's ideology book ISM in the event.
Here are the highlights of Pawan's speech:
Pawan started of his speech describing about his association with Vizag city. “As an actor, I laid my steps here and I used to stay in Bheemili for my acting classes. When I saw the sea from my hotel room, I remember my association with Vizag and I salute the city.” said Pawan.
“Coming to the purpose I came here, Congress party is responsible for the present situations in the state. I'm okay with the bifurcation but the process how the state was divided as hurt me more. I did not come into politics for the sake any post or money, I came because of the anger in my tummy. Congress party should be thrown away from this state and like most of the political leaders I can't change myself. I won't wear typical politicians dress code and my this get up is now to show that I won't change for the greed of power,” added Pawan.
ISM is for Nation
Launching the ISM book Pawan said, “to protect the future of the nation, strong ideologies are required. Congress party changes its ideologies for every five year because of elections and this has taken the country backward. But we need certain strong ideologies that can carry the country for a progressive development. Jana Sena Party ideology book ISM has six strong factors that can make the country to regain its lost glory. All these six factors form the hexagon which is symbol of Jana Sena party.”
If Pawan Kalyan commits mistake, punish him
Law is something an expensive one for the common man. This Law is only meant for wealthy people and they will be protected by all sorts,” said Pawan. Remembering an incident how the Law acted to a common man 36 years back, “ a post man was punished for his negligence in his work by the Courts but after severe struggle by the victim, after 36 years the Law squashed the case where as people who do crore Rupees of scams will be kept in jail for sometime and later will be released without any decision,” added Pawan. Getting emotional Pawan said, “If Pawan Kalyan as a person commits any mistake, hang him.”
Backed Prajarajyam Party merge
Talking for the first time about Prajarajyam Party [PRP] merge in the Congress party, Pawan did not find fault in his elder brother Megastar and union minister Chiranjeevi. “Many MLAs of PRP have said that they are willing to join Congress party and accordingly Chiranjeevi took the decision of merge. There is absolutely nothing wrong in Chiranjeevi, he is in my heart. Presently we both are on different sides and I still have respect and love towards him,” said Pawan.
Modi can lead the country
Speaking about his meeting with Narendra Modi, “When I went to Ahmedabad to meet BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, many criticized me. In fact Modi was the first person to speak how the state was divided and also he is one who says country is first. I whole heartedly support Narendra Modi and wish that he becomes the Prime Minister of India,” said Pawan.
Don't want to split the votes
Regarding contesting in elections, Pawan said he and his party won’t be contesting in polls just for the reason not to split the votes. “I have selected 90 candidates for Assembly and 20 for the Parliament but I don’t want to split the votes and so have decided not to contest the elections. This time, I request the people to vote for the leaders who they can develop the country and built the new Seemandhra capital.”
