B – Town Actor Vivek Oberoi and his Father, Veteran Actor Suresh Oberoi had been issued the non bail able arrest warrant from the Mumbai Court, for issuing a cheque of Rs. 3 Crores, that bounced later.

Jawaharlal Agicha, who have been working as a Financial Advisor for Obeoi Group of Multi Media Pvt. Ltd, headed by Suresh and Vivek Oberoi, has filed a case against them, in the court. It seems, that Rs. 3 Crores given to Jawaharlal Agicha by Oberois was a pay cheque to the former, in return to his job done, of financial advising for the company in India and abroad for almost 3+ years.

Jawaharlal Agicha claims that, as soon as he joined the organization, after a month, he got his pay cheque of Rs.50, 000/-. Since then, till date he did not receive any payment from the Oberois and completely based on trust that the oberois would not cheat him, Jawaharlal Agicha has been working for them, without taking any amount all these years.

But, when the recent Cheque of Rs. 3 Crores, given by the Oberois in terms of payment to Jawaharlal Agicha, and when the same got bounced at the back, Jawaharlal Agicha could not tolerate any more and decided to proceed legally, in order to get justice.
