Dr Ghazal Srinivas a frequent visitor to the US, for concerts is a renowned Ghazal singer. The singer on May 19 at the Coppell Middle School, Coppell, Texas, USA, for an event "Evening with Ghazal Srinivas". The event organized by Dallas Executive Committee saw the Global Hindu Heritage Foundation (GHHF) honoring the singer and appointing him as the `Honorary Brand Ambassador’ for their `Save Temples’ initiative.

With this appointment the singer will be the voice of the initiative and will shoulder the major responsibility related to the preservation and protection of Hindu Temples, especially in Andhra Pradesh, India. At the venue Mr Srinivas rendered songs relating to protecting Hindu temples and human values. The themes well sung inspired many who attended the event.

The event opened up with a cordial invitation by Rajesh Veerapaneni, President and Gopal Ponangi, Secretary of the Dallas EC. The event also had some Kuchipudi performances by kids.
