Well, director of the film Abhishek Choubey, has not confirmed the news yet as he was in a opinion that it would be too early to confirm anything, as of now. But, According to the remaining sources including Actor Arshad Warsi, starring in the film, Kangana Raunat is a part of the sequel of ‘Ishquiya’ titled as ‘Dedh Ishquiya’.
Initially, Vidya Balan, who has earned lot of name for her performance in Part – 1, was supposed to be associated in Part – 2 also. But, the story of the sequel has shaped in such a way that, Vidya has no important role to be played. So, the film makers have decided to cast Madhuri Dixit and Kangana Raunat. The male leads will be the same, as in Part – 1, Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi.
As of now, the script work of the film is going on. Once this is done, the film will soon be going on – location too. The film makers are working on the sequel to be as interesting and ‘Ishquiya’, was.
