Rating: 2.5/5

Allari Naresh, a ‘pakka’ minimum guarantee hero. It did not take much time for him to choose his kind of suitable films and sustain as a ‘comedy hero’. Almost all his films from past 2 to 3 years have been successful and entertaining the audience would love to laugh, watching comedy films. And all his films are made within the minimum budget and earn oodles of revenue after the release. His least flick, ‘Madatha Kaja’, also earned good amount of openings on the release day. Now, this trend continuous or tries to give some other result, let’s see;

Story:

Kalyan (Allari Naresh) works as a Police Informer. He meets Sneha (Sneha Ullal) and wins her heart with the help of her friends. But all will be not well. Sneha’s father J.P (Jaya Prakash Reddy) and another business partner K.P (Ahuti Prasad) take care of Nanda’s (Ashish Vidyardhti) business in India, and Nanda operates from Bangkok. But, K.P and J.P both fight with each other to be Number One among them. Nanda plans K.P’s son (Subba Raju) to get married to J.P’s Daughter Sneha in order to resolve the differences between them. Then, Naresh enters their kingdom, solves all the issues and gets his love. How he does all these, what issues he faces in this scenario, you have to see the same on Silver Screen.

Analysis:

The story is no new. If you are familiar with Allari Naresh’s earlier films, then you can easily predict what is going to happen after each situation. The movie is just worth to watch, without analyzing and expecting any story and twist. Comedy is throughout the film. Right from the first frame till the end, all the characters in the film, including the villain’s, would make you laugh. Since I have said you this is a comedy flick, it has served its purpose, with no hype, but just comedy. The direction and the screenplay is more or less, monotonous. The dialogues of the film, lack the enthusiasm. The music scores are above average. Rest all departments did their bit for the success of the film.

Performance:

Allari Naresh is no doubt a show stealer in this film. As always, he played safe and did not experiment either with his acting skills or the image. Sneha Ullal did her bit, but did not have much to perform. Jaya Prakash Reddy and Ahuti Prasad are highlights of the film, without whom the essence of the film would have given a miss. Ashish Vidhyarthi was best as always. Even Subba Raju served the purpose. Even ‘Vennela’ Kishore and Dharmavarapu Subramanyam were outstanding. Rest all departments, including technical, did not had much to experiment. The film has been successful in making the audience entertained and shares some laughter. But, when you compare this film with that of earlier comedy films of T – Town, ‘Madatha Kaja’ is a routine flick and nothing more.

Final Word:
Madhatha Kaja’, doesn’t think anything… just watch and enjoy!
