Just after a short gap of Srimanthudu, Mahesh Babu is keen on releasing Brahmothsavam for this Summer, and this is now hinting the negative atmosphere, to the milky hero.

When it is the film of huge stars like Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, who are on high in Tollywood, a movie per year will make them stay comfortable, scoring hits.

But making the back to back films, within a short time, may excite the fans for the time being, but if the history is taken out, even fans worry, as most of such films, released within a short time, did not do well at the box office.

If history is referred, just within a few months of the blockbuster Pokiri release, Sainikudu was out into the theaters and terribly failed at the box office. The reason, because, Pokiri fever was still in the audience and they could not inject Sainikudu at that time.

Now even the same thing is being repeated in Srimanthudu - Brahmothsavam case. Mahesh’s last outing Srimanthudu has been a huge hit and the influence of that film is still in his fans hearts.

At this point of time, just within a few months after Srimanthudu, Brahmothsavam is aimed at Summer release and moreover, the teaser revealed that Mahesh Babu’s looks are close to Srimanthudu.

So obviously there is a threat of comparing with Srimanthudu and that further puts Brahmothsavam in the red zone.

However, if the quality of the film is really good, nothing can stop it from moving towards the success. Hope Brahmothsavam falls under such genre.
