Nikhil's Karthikeya 2 on the Cards!:- Director Chandu Mondeti, who delivered a successful debut five years ago with Karthikeya starring Nikhi, has collaborated with the actor once again for its sequel, Karthikeya 2.

The film’s shooting has commenced already but the makers clearly don’t want to make a deal about it, thus they haven’t publicized about it so much up to now.

“Karthikeya was quite a blockbuster, as we’re all aware. And now, apparently, Chandu has written an even better story for its sequel and, out of sheer excitement, he and Nikhil decided they should start filming immediately,” said a source privy to the ongoings.

Chandu wants to wrap the film quickly, the source added. He’s apparently still looking for a suitable actress to play the lead.

Producers Vivek Kuchibhotla and TG Vishwa Prasad are bankrolling under the celebrated production house People Media Factory.
