Sridevi’s Daughter Khushi Kapoor Not Making Debut With Nagarjuna’s Son?:- Akkineni Nagarjuna’s younger son, Akhil Akkineni did not have a great start to his career after his debut film “Akhil” bombed at the box office.

The film was directed by VV Vinayak and had Sayyeshaa play the female lead, who was also making her debut. After the collapse of his debut movie, Akhil has now moved on and has started work on his second film which is being directed by Vikram K Kumar. Having directed films like Manam, 24 and 13B, Vikram K Kumar was chosen to direct a film with Akhil and shape up his career.

The shooting of this yet to be titled film commenced a month ago in Hyderabad with few action sequences shot in and around the capital city. Reports were doing rounds that yesteryear top actress Sridevi’s younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor might be making her debut in acting with Akhil’s second film. However, this was not confirmed by the makers and were still in search of a leading lady for Akhil in the film.

However, reports are emerging now that suggest that Khushi is not going to act in this film. “Khushi is not part of the project. We are in talks with a few actresses but we are yet to finalize anyone yet. Director Vikram is very particular that he needs someone who has the looks and can also perform,” a source from the unit was quoted in a leading daily.

Sources suggest that the makers are having a hard time to find a suitable actress for this film since Akhil is very young than the actresses in the industry at the present moment.

Nagarjuna, who is producing the film, and director Vikram K Kumar and closely monitoring the casting for the film, according to sources. Seemingly, the film was to go on the floors much before, but Nagarjuna was somehow unhappy with some portion of the script and the director had to rewrite it.
