Balayya's Gautamiputra Satakarni Gets Tax Exemption from TS & AP Govt

Tollywood actor Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming movie 'Gautamiputra Satakarni' got tax exemption from the Telangana government first and later from Andhra Pradesh government.
Balakrishna instead of approaching AP government first, he approached TS government so that public don't start thinking in wrong way.
KCR had previously announced that he would give tax exemption would be given to all historical films but the question is why did Chandrababu Naidu give tax exemption? Is it because he is his brother-in-law? Is this not conflict of interest?
KCR also gave tax exemption to Gunasekhar’s 'Rudramadevi' too. But AP government didnot give tax exemption to Rudramadevi. Then why to GPSK?
On what basis did Naidu give this benefit? Will Ballaya do anything for the people of AP or Telangana? Then why this partiality? Isn't it just misuse of public office for personal gain.
