Shruti Haasan at last lodged a complaint with the Bandra West Police last night. The incident happened on Tuesday morning at about 9.30 am when Shruti was not fully woke up when she answered the door bell of her residence. The door was pushed by the intruder and tried to molest her.  She somehow managed to push him and slam the door on him.

Shruti was so shaky that she could not recall the features of the stalker although he touched her shoulder and he was also seen in some sets at different studios trying to get close to her.

A case was registered under section 354 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code. The police found in the visitors register of the apartment building in which Shruti stays in a flat on sixth floor that the name of the intruder is Ashok if he entered his real name. They are also trying to identify him with the help of CCTV footages.
