We have seen a competition of the movies of Pawan Kalyan and NTR during Dussehra holidays.
It is secondary who wins and who loses because the loss is not limited to the producers and heroes. All others depend on the success of the movie to add to the credit in their account in the pursuit of their career will get the hit. A hit occurs- either the movie hits the box office or the connected people get hit by its failure to do so. It pertains to all in the Film Industry either in the production, distribution, exhibition or the fans associations.
They call it the judgment of the audience but audience also lose however small the money and time they spend may be as the disappointment they get cannot be assessed in monetary terms.
Now, once more the two heroes’ movies are going to lock horns in the summer more specifically on May 9th. Pawan Kalyan’s Gabbar Singh - 2 and NTR’s Joru are expected on the same date a week before or later.
As a lot of money is involved in the cinema production the competition is seen in terms of money gained out of the movies. But in fact the competition is for alluring the audience. Cine lovers should not think in fact in terms of the profits or money collected or 100 crores club or whatever type of analysis one can conceive in terms of money.
Telugu Cine audience will be happy to note that two big heroes are going to compete to bring good movies for the summer and that is what all counts.
