Charan may be lying low for now, but that is only to strike back with a vengeance next year. This year will be dominated by cinema's biggies from Venkatesh to Hirithik Roshan and Aamir Khan. Be it Masala or Dhoom 3 and Krrish 3, 2013 is a remake/sequel fest.
As Charan's dose of a remake is done with, he has moved on with signing a multi-starrer with Venkatesh. Another interesting project he will be a part of is a film by Ashutosh Gowarikar. Buzz is that the Lagaan director was impressed with Charan in his biggest blockbuster Magadheera. The man who directed Aamir Khan is seriously considering Cherry its heard.
Gowarikar's next will also be a period drama, much like Jodha Akbar with Hrithik. This time Charan will possibly fill in the lead role. With this news, fans can't help but cheer as Cherry will have scope for varied emotions. Hopefully, this combo will rewrite the words of critics after Zanjeer.
After saying no to Karan Johar's idea of another Amitabh Bachchan remake, Charan still has enough admirers who seem to look beyond his role in the cop thriller. Meanwhile, his Tollywood treat Yevadu is yet to release.
