Noted director SS Rajamouli whose super hit flick Eega out shined other movies-in the categories of best visuals effects and best regional movie-at the National Awards is undoubtedly in all smiles that Eega got two awards. However, there seems to be a pinch of dissatisfaction for this, not because he didn't get best director award, but because Sudeep-the antagonist who blew people's minds with her outstanding performance-didn't bag an award.

Rajamouli, who usually tweets on his updates, has said shared his feelings on twitter about these awards. This was his tweet: "Thanks a ton guys, for all the congratulatory messages. Will convey the wishes to the whole team.Best Vfx is almost expected:) Personal congrats to Makuta in particular to their young animation team for believing& working hard to achieve that.Congratulations& thanks to my producer Sai garu4 believing in content&emotion of eega and suresh babu garu4 his ability to envision my dream. But I would have been really happy had Sudeep received the recognition for his extraordinary efforts. Eega is not the same without him."

Anyway, it's good Rajamouli certainly made a difference with Eega and made Telugu film shine at National Awards after a very long back. Let us wish that he comes up with much more movies like that and make Telugu film industry proud of his works. Andhra Wishesh takes an opportunity to congratulate SS Rajamouli.
