Director R Narayanamurthy is till date known for his films that are made on dark subjects. Emphasizing the problems of the working class and the poor besides taking on the imperialistic approach of landlords, Narayanamurthy gave quite a lot movies to the public.

After making many such movies, R Narayanamurthy has now come out with another dark subject. This time this director is going to come before the public with a movie on the recent Delhi rape victim. The name of the film would be Kalakatta Kaali and shooting of the same would commence from February 23.

While Delhi rape victim case shook the entire country, how people would receive this film has become a bigger question now. Such movies would definitely disturb the public again. On the other hand, should Narayanamurthy require permission from the government and victim's parents and whether he got the same is another million dollar question.
