Bangladesh responds tamely

bangladeshBangladesh, responding to the Indian score of 370 for the loss of four wickets, made 98 runs for the loss of one wicket in 16 overs in their opening Group B match against Bangladesh at the Shere Bangla National stadium in Dhaka today in the ongoing 2011 world cup tournament.

Munaf Patel claimed the first wicket for India while Sri santh, Zaheer Khan, harbajan Singh and Yousaf Pathan are also engaged in the attack. Among the Indian bowers, Sri santh proved costly for India as he gave away 36 runs in just 3 overs. Sensing danger, Captain Dhoni immediately recalled him from the bowling attack.
