ZTE Grand Memo to take on Galaxy Note II

There are more phablets than phones being released by the big players in the SmartPhone segment today. Users are looking at big screens yet worried about portability and performance. Such a need has created the phablet segment which is going stronger than ever. The latest addition to the market is the ZTE Grand Memo at the Movile World Congress 2013. It is a strong contender in the market shares along with Samsung Galaxy Note II, Samsung Galaxy Grand, LG Optimus Pro, Micromax Canvas HD etc.

The phone has a voice-response technology for easier approach during driving etc for safety. The 13 MP monster of a camera is the USP of the phablet apart from the newer trend of TrueHD displays.

ZTE Grand Memo features a 5.7-inch, high definition, 720 x 1280 display, and packs a Qualcomm 800 processor with quad-core Krait CPUs and 2GB of RAM. It comes with a 13MP rear-facing camera, 1MP front-facing camera and 1080 HD video playback. There's a 3200mAh battery.

The Grand Memo features voice-response technology which allows users to answer calls while driving, and A-GPS and car-mode navigation system for mapping and directions. It comes with a HD version of ZTE's Mifavor user interface and ZTE's Z Cloud service for the security and access-anywhere.
