A new mobile game was launched on the Aug 3rd on the occasion of Janmashtami that was celebrated on Friday. Jumps Games had developed the game based on the animation movie Krishna Aur Kans along with Reliance Animation.
The users can play the role of Lord Krishna and has to extend his help to villagers to reach their children who were previously kidnapped by the evil demons.
Ashish SK, CEO, Reliance Animation was certain that the casual gamers of all ages across India would love to play as Sri Krishna in the game.
Krishna Aur Kans is a modern way of retelling the tale of Lord Krishna and the story of how the naughty prankster had turned into a savior of the people in the village. The company had made special efforts to maintain the sentiments of the people while respecting the heritage of the nation.
Chaitanya Prabhu, business head, Jump Games India had admitted that the game was released prior to Janmashtami intentionally as a move to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the birth of Krishna while capitalizing on the market too.
The "Krishna Aur Kans" had been available on Android, Blackberry and Symbian, on several mobile operators.
