Is your boyfriend sulking, fretting and slipping away into depression all the time. Here is how to save Mr. Mopey from falling victim to clinical depression. Read on.
Have fun together: Spend some fun time together. Catch up with his favorite, chill out at a cafe or go for long, fun drives. The idea is to distract him.
Give him time and space: Don't bully him to open up and vent his feelings. Everyone needs space and time to think, feel and express. If you infringe on his space when he's not comfortable talking to you and is feeling down and out, it may hamper things further. He probably needs time.
Don't make his happiness your mission: His depression isn't your fault. So don't make his being happy your sole mission in life. Of course, trying to cheer someone up is a nice thing, but if you aim on just this, you might feel like a failure if he's still unhappy, and then rub that feeling off onto him too. Get a life!
