4 Things to stop doing to vagina

When there are healthy tips for vagina, here we shall know about a few of the 'do nots' to the vagina.

1. Stay away from steaming Vagina

Gwyneth Paltrow says, “sit on what is essentially a mini-throne, and a combination of infrared and mugwort steam cleanses your uterus, et al. It is an energetic release-not just a steam douche-that balances female hormone levels.”

But Raquel Dardik, MD, clinical associate professor at NYU Langone Medical Center's department of obstetrics and gynecology says a strict ‘No’ to the steaming, as it could burn vagina.  

2. Never self-medicate Vagina

People who use the counter vaginal creams and apply on their own, should stop it doing. The reason behind this is, using the home made remedies like garlic or tea tree oil, will result in chemical burns inside your vagina. 

3. Inserting those in Vagina? Please stop

If your man is not on your bed, you would still love to have something in your vagina, other than his manhood. That something can be tampons, fingers, sex toys, a penis, lube, birth control, menstrual cups and that’s all. Never go beyond these items. Especially many have a habit of inserting bananas, cucumbers etc, in vagina. Those could cause few serious issues later. So stay away from those. 

4. Beware of douching

This is a very common thing, most of the women does, while having the intimacy. If they feel that, the manhood is finding tough to enter into the vagina, they apply the douching sprays.

But how many are aware that those sprays will change the normally acidic environment to a neutralized one and thus inhibits the vagina from protecting itself. By now, you might have understood that, the douching products in the market are just for the marketing purpose and nothing else.

However, they allow the manhood to insert with more comfort and gives pleasure. But health always scores more than pleasure right?

So stay away from the above mentioned tips can have a safe, secured and healthy intimacy.
