Recipe: White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse:- With the coronavirus lockdown implemented all over, most of them are trying to cook at home. Along with lunch and dinner, most of them are trying their luck in making deserts after their dinner. Deserts are packed with health benefits. White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse are among them and they offer a perfect treat. Here is the recipe of White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse:
300g of white chocolate
6 large separated eggs
300g of raspberries
10 passion fruit
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt them in a microwave for 3 minutes or even in a pan. The white chocolate never melts too much and you can stop the process after it loses its shape. Keep the melted chocolate aside and let it cool for some time. Beat the egg whites and do not make them dry. Mix the yolks into the cooled chocolate and cut the passion fruit in half and scoop them. add the juice, seeds, pulp into the yolk and chocolate mixture. Then fold into the egg whites.
Arrange a big glass bowl or multiple small glasses with a layer of raspberries as per the size. Pour the mousse and leave it for a couple of hours in the fridge. White Chocolate and Passion Fruit Mousse is not suggested for people with weak immune system or elder people or pregnant women because of the lightly cooked eggs. The passion fruit is rich in Vitamin C along with Vitamin A which are good for skin, vision and the immune system.
