Bengal Warriors could not hold on to win the match enough as Telugu Titans managed to tie the game against Warriors in 4oth match of fourth season of Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Indoor Stadium in Kolkata on Monday.
In the points table, Telugu Titans are at the third spot by scoring 32 points and winning 5 games of the total 10, while Bengal Warriors are at the bottom of the table with winning 2 in total of 11 games and scoring 20 points.
Telugu Titans, who were trailing 2-3, after the initial attack from Warriors’ Jang Kun Lee in the first half, with the help of Nilesh Salunke and Rahu Chaudhari, managed to level the game at 4-4. Nilesh Salunke had an outstanding first and he scored 6 points. Manu Goyat and star raider Jang Kun Lee scored points from Bengal Warriors. However, Warriors was trailing 19-11 due to some top performance by Titans. Warriors managed to inflict a super tackle just before the end of the first half and put 14-19 on the scoreboard.
Later, Bengal Warriors, due to the points gathered by Manu Goyat and Vishal Mane successfully leveled the game at 20-20 at the 26th minute and Jang Kun Lee’s two raid points gave Warriors a crucial lead by 26-24. Warriors also helped him by scoring an all out. In a tight match after that Rahul Chaudhary and Jang Kun Lee scored crucial raids as both the teams were at 28-28 after 33 minutes. At a point, Warriors led the game 30-28, thanks to Jang Kun Lee’s points but Sandeep Narwal scored from Titans as the game again leveled at 30-30 after 35 minute. Jan Kun Lee again and Sandeep Narwal again scored with just 60 second were remaining to finish the game and Warriors were leading the game 34-33. However, Rahu Choaudhary came in between Warriors’ way to victory and scored a raid in just last few seconds, taking the score to 34-34.
