Rare Incident: Hundreds of cockroaches released from courtroom:- Hundreds of cockroaches are released from a courtroom in New York on Tuesday during an altercation that broke out. The incident took place in the court of Albany City after a defendant started to film the courtroom proceedings. He was asked to stop and hundreds of cockroaches that were brought into the courtroom in plastic container have been released. The court was called off for the rest of the day and the bug was being investigated. A 34-year-old woman was arrested for charges related to the altercation and for obstructing the government administration and tampering the physical evidence in the court.

She was later released on bail.The Office of the Court Administration told "What transpired is not advocacy or activism, it is criminal behaviour with the intent to disrupt a proceeding and cause damage". This news created a sensation all over and never such incidents took place in any court across the world.
