Cricketer Yusuf Pathan has reportedly slapped a spectator during a Ranji match between Baroda and Jammu & Kashmir in Vadodara. Apparently, the spectator was passing indecent and abusive comments on Yusuf Pathan and another player Ambati Rayudu while the match was going on. Fumed by the comments, Yusuf called the spectator to the dressing room and slapped twice.

Secretary of Baroda Cricket Association [BCA], confirmed about this incident and said, it was the mistake of the spectator who was provoking the players. The match referee will send a report to BCCI regarding this incident and would take action against Yusuf, if he is found guilty. But BCA officials say that, the issue was resolved after the family members apologised to Yusuf.
