Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was arrested near Nalgonda district who participated in a shut down call given by the TDP. Yesterday, Telangana Rashtra Samithi [TRS] activists ransacked TDP office in Nalgonda over the power and water sharing issue. In response to this, TDP has called for a shut down of the district today.

Revanth Reddy who is on his way to participate in the agitation, was detained by the police and was taken to Pochampalli police station. Along with Revanth several local leaders also participated in the agitation.
