In a huge upset to the Pakistan cricket, offspinner Saeed Ajmal has been banned from bowling in International Cricket by the International Cricket Council [ICC]. This is a shocking news as Ajmal is leading wicket taker for Pakistan and a day back, he has topped the rankings table of the ICC.

The decision was taken after an ICC accredited team of bio-mechanics experts tested Ajmal's action at the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane. However, in a sign of relief, Ajmal can apply to the ICC for a re-assessment at any time after modifying his action.
