The National Investigative Agency [NIA] arrested four key suspects in relation to the Patna serial blast case. SIMI operative Haider Ali is among the four detained by NIA and all of them were arrested from the Sithio village on the outskirts of Ranchi by the NIA in a joint operation with Jharkhand Police.
