The Intelligence Bureau [IB] has alerted the police department across the country with the serial blasts in Chennai Central Railway station. Especially in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, the police department were given very strict instructions as Narendra Modi, Chandrababu Naidu are campaigning.
