TRS gets a Shock before Munugode Bypoll:- The leading party of Telangana, TRS has been preparing for the bypoll of Munugode and all the leaders of the party are busy with the election campaign. Former MP from TRS, Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud resigned from TRS and he submitted a letter to the party chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today. This is a huge jolt for the party and Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud will join Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as per the update. Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud will announce about the same soon. He had a meeting with the senior BJP leaders on Thursday night before he sent his resignation for TRS. Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud was present when the TRS candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy filed the nomination for the Munugode bypoll. Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud was associated with TRS since 2009 and his resignation came as a huge shock for the party.
Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud was also the in-charge of TRS party affairs in the Bhongir Parliamentary constituency. He sent a three-page letter for KCR. Gouds make considerable number in the constituency of Munugode and his resignation is a dent for TRS for sure. There are talks that BJP assured an Assembly ticket for his in the next elections. There are talks that Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud wanted to contest from Munugode but the party leadership picked up Prabhakar Reddy who lost from the constituency in 2018. In his letter, Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud said that he took part in the Telangana movement under the leadership of the Telangana Joint Action Committee. He said that he played a key role in bringing AIIMS, a Kendriya Vidyalaya along with several highway projects in his constituency.
